Hangangjari is an unofficial app that presents, in an easy-to-read form, public facility, event, and notice information from the Hangang integrated parking portal (iHangang), the Seoul Open Data Plaza and Seoul real-time city data, and the Hangang River Bureau. Because of per-source update times, provider delays, on-site changes, and data gaps, it may differ from actual parking availability, facility operation, or event status — so for important visit decisions, please also check on-site and official guidance.
